Booking Policy
CLEAR, SIMPLE GUIDELINES TO HELP YOU PLAN YOUR STAY WITH CONFIDENCE.
All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of reservation. Guest will be charged 100% of payment 1 day prior to arrival. Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise arranged. All rates are in NZD and include GST. Rates may vary based on season, availability, and special event periods.
If paying with a debit card, a security bond of $250 will be taken at check-in. This bond is fully refundable after departure, provided there is no damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or outstanding charges.
Check-in is available from 2:00pm. Guests may choose digital self check-in or in-person check-in with a physical key card. Check-out is by 10:00am. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to arrival incur no charge. Cancellations within 72 hours may be charged the cost of the first night. No-shows will be charged in full.
Group bookings (3+ rooms) or long stays require a 7-day cancellation period unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations or changes within 7 days may result in charges for the full booking.
Date changes or amendments are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
Maximum occupancy limits apply to each suite type. Additional guests must be registered and may incur extra-person charges. Eva Slideaway sofa beds are available in select suites; please enquire at the time of booking.
Sea Breeze Suites is a smoke-free and vape-free property indoors. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. Smoking inside suites will result in a cleaning or deodorising fee.
Pets are not permitted, except registered service animals arranged prior to arrival.
Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after departure may be charged to the card on file. This includes lost key cards, stained furnishings, and misuse of appliances.
We reserve the right to decline bookings or remove guests whose behaviour impacts the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
